The Eartec UltraLITE HD HUB 7 Person Kit is a cutting-edge wireless communication system designed to provide seamless hands-free communication for teams. Ideal for production crews, event staff, or any collaborative environment, this system allows up to 8 wireless users to remain connected and communicate clearly without the need for cables or external base stations.
Each kit includes seven lightweight UltraLITE headsets with built-in microphones, offering full-duplex communication so all team members can talk and listen simultaneously. The system’s central HUB serves as the network anchor, extending the range and ensuring stable, interference-free communication. The HUB can either be worn on the belt or placed centrally, giving it flexibility for dynamic environments.

Returns

For items that arrive with missing, damaged, or broken parts, please contact us immediately and refrain from using the product, as doing so will void your warranty and prevent us from offering a refund, replacement, or repair.
Important: Before sending any items back, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. Items sent without an RMA number will be returned to the sender without inspection.
If You Change Your Mind
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are in new, unused, and unopened condition. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
Warranty
Most products purchased from Nymrod Comms are supplied with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, effective from the date you receive your items. This warranty applies to covered malfunctions or faults that may arise, excluding perishable items and in-ear headsets. Please note that accidental damage including water damage or from DIY repairs is not covered. We work directly with our manufacturers to ensure a quick and smooth warranty process, prioritising repair over replacement where possible.
If you suspect your item has developed a fault, please contact us. Once we receive the item, we aim to test and repair it as quickly as possible. If the item cannot be repaired and is still under warranty, we will arrange a replacement for you.
