The Eartec UltraLITE HD HUB 4 Person Kit is a comprehensive, portable wireless communication solution designed for teams requiring clear, hands-free coordination in fast-paced environments. Perfect for industries such as event production, broadcasting, construction, and sports, this kit utilises full-duplex communication technology with the flexibility of a portable HUB base station, allowing four users to communicate simultaneously without the need for push-to-talk buttons.
The kit includes the HUB Mini-Base, which serves as the central communication hub, supporting up to eight wireless users, including the four provided UltraLITE headsets. Operating on a secure DECT frequency, the HUB ensures interference-free conversations and offers a wireless range of up to 400 metres, enabling seamless communication even across large workspaces.
Each UltraLITE headset features an integrated transceiver for a lightweight, all-in-one design, eliminating the need for bulky beltpacks. The headsets are ergonomically designed for long-term comfort and equipped with an adjustable boom microphone, ensuring crystal-clear audio transmission even in noisy environments. Returns

For items that arrive with missing, damaged, or broken parts, please contact us immediately and refrain from using the product, as doing so will void your warranty and prevent us from offering a refund, replacement, or repair.
Important: Before sending any items back, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. Items sent without an RMA number will be returned to the sender without inspection.
If You Change Your Mind
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are in new, unused, and unopened condition. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
Warranty
Most products purchased from Nymrod Comms are supplied with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, effective from the date you receive your items. This warranty applies to covered malfunctions or faults that may arise, excluding perishable items and in-ear headsets. Please note that accidental damage including water damage or from DIY repairs is not covered. We work directly with our manufacturers to ensure a quick and smooth warranty process, prioritising repair over replacement where possible.
If you suspect your item has developed a fault, please contact us. Once we receive the item, we aim to test and repair it as quickly as possible. If the item cannot be repaired and is still under warranty, we will arrange a replacement for you.
