**Please Note, the HUB has two channels (A + B). Up to 4 UltraLITE HD REMOTE headsets or UltraPAK BELTPACKS can be paired to each channel. By using Conference mode, both channels can be merged to a single channel of up to 8 simultaneous wireless users. For cases where more than 8 users are required, a Max 4G wired headset can be connected to create a 9 user system, or alternatively, two HUB’s can be connected together by using a HUB Interlink Cable to create a single system of up to 16 wireless users.**
The Eartec UltraLITE HD HUB Mini-Base is a compact yet powerful communication hub designed to expand the capabilities of UltraLITE wireless headsets, making it ideal for teams that require seamless communication in dynamic environments. This mini-base station allows multiple users to connect simultaneously in full-duplex, hands-free communication, ensuring clear and continuous conversations without the need for push-to-talk buttons.
Unlike traditional base stations, the HUB Mini-Base is lightweight and highly portable, making it perfect for on-the-go use in industries like event coordination, filmmaking, sports production, and construction. It operates on a DECT frequency for interference-free communication and has a range of up to 400 meters, giving teams the flexibility to move freely while staying connected.
The HUB can support up to eight wireless users, in addition to a single Max 4G wired headset, allowing up to nine users. It is powered by either the included AC power adapter or a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, providing hours of reliable performance even in remote locations.

Returns

For items that arrive with missing, damaged, or broken parts, please contact us immediately and refrain from using the product, as doing so will void your warranty and prevent us from offering a refund, replacement, or repair.
Important: Before sending any items back, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. Items sent without an RMA number will be returned to the sender without inspection.
If You Change Your Mind
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are in new, unused, and unopened condition. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
Warranty
Most products purchased from Nymrod Comms are supplied with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, effective from the date you receive your items. This warranty applies to covered malfunctions or faults that may arise, excluding perishable items and in-ear headsets. Please note that accidental damage including water damage or from DIY repairs is not covered. We work directly with our manufacturers to ensure a quick and smooth warranty process, prioritising repair over replacement where possible.
If you suspect your item has developed a fault, please contact us. Once we receive the item, we aim to test and repair it as quickly as possible. If the item cannot be repaired and is still under warranty, we will arrange a replacement for you.
